Very unfair when it comes to refunding your deposit. Very unreasonable cleaning fees, will cost your whole deposite plus you may have to pay additional fees. I was happy with this apartment because it is well managed, until I moved out, now I am very disappointed, and I would not recommend this place because of this. I have lived in several apartments over the years and never seen this type of action. Also the water bill is very high, $40.00 to $50.00 a month which is higher than most homes.

They will charge you for anything they find dirty or damaged at your move-out walk through.
