This place has totally gone downhill. They have changed management companies and they are the stupidest people! No one seems to know what they're doing, they rent to rude, noisy slobs who can't seem to figure out how to put recyclable items in the recycle bin so it never gets emptied, and for some reason seem to just drop their food wherever they happen to be standing - can you say rats anyone' Complaints go unanswered and the security company has changed so many times no one knows what the number is. They re-fenced the pool and won't give anyone a new key, so it stays unlocked or else people prop the gates open so everyone in the neighborhood comes over to swim - nice. You're lucky to get a response if you call the after hours pager and they are total morons when you do get someone! I can't say enough bad things about it and I will be moving as soon as my lease is up.

I agree, we moved in about a year ago, we were so pleased with surrounding and how quiet it was. Now we can't wait to move, slobs, dirty, smoke asshes and butts near our door and we don't smoke. Loud music, disrespectful neighbors. I can keep going. I just noticed that we are paying for a 2 bed/ 1 bath, over a $100 more then the 2/2 now, prices have dropped, yet we got a thing saying our rent was going up if we decide to stay.

This place is a rathole. Management is clueless and there is high turnover within their own office. What does that tell you?!?! No one knows anything and only see residents as check numbers every month. The laziest bunch of airheads out there. Stay away and search elsewhere for rental places. Avoid at all costs!
