There are no assigned parking spaces unless you pay $25 extra for a covered parking spot. People are noisy (loud music playing at random hours) and rude (few take responsibility for their surroundings) and several people around us live with more than the maximum occupancy. Recently the cost of Water and Sewer has increased with the addition of Garbage being charged separately on the Water & Sewer bill (without notice that this was to occur). Prior to the new billing company for Water & Sewer we were charged based on usage (metered from the hot water tank). Now, we are being charged based on everyone's usage and the charge is distributed to everyone based on the apartment size and the amount of "listed occupants" for that apartment. After calling the billing company, they informed me that this decision to switch to an averaged "flat rate" fee was that of the Property Management Company (FPI Management). Apparently, not all the meters on the hot water tanks in the apartments were functioning, so instead of replacing them, they decided to go the socialist route. Now we pay for other people's water usage instead of paying for our own usage. Overall, the cost of living here has increased and it is definitely not a good deal any longer.

I totally agree! The security sucks - noise complaints don't get responded to for 30 to 60 minutes, after it's too late, there's always garbage laying around, the pool doesn't get locked when it's closed for the night so people get in there and make noise. It's ridiculous!
