I'm about to sign lease number 4. It's a great place to live, rents are affordable. The management company wants people to be happy here and have really brought this complex out of the slums that I understand it once was, and have made it into a place where people can feel safe and truly call it home. The sense of community is good here. If you have a problem, just talk to Betty or someone else in the office. They'll make sure your issue is addressed. If we, the tenants, see something suspicious, we make sure to tell them. It will be a sad day when I have to move some day.

It sounds like someone in the management wrote this. NO ONE who lives or lived here would write that!
