The management was horrible to me.
Such rude people.
And the neighbors were awful.
The teens neighbors were a nightmare.
One of the neighbors verbally and emotionally abused her kids in front of everyone.
Several were drunks.
I tried to be reasonable, but got tired of nosy neighbors and rude, nit-picky management.
The management would pick and choose who they liked and didn't like.
They would insist that some tenants "toe-the-line", but others could get away with mayhem.
No matter how much more I have to pay, I'll never go back to Phoenix Court.
