The management is awful. They do not fix anything. They also have illegal practices written into their lease, i.e. charging a 50.00 late fee for rent not received by the 3rd of the month. State law allows until the 5th of the month. Read the lease carefully as they do not point this out! They also like to try to charge extra money so keep your receipts and copies of canceled checks! They routinely refuse to show you an apartment PRIOR to your moving in. BEWARE!
