Oh my, where to begin' The cops are within the complex at least three times a week. Cars are often burglarized--we had our car stereos stolen on two seperate occasions within five months. The maintenance team is absolutely terrible--it took my boyfriend and I calling and visiting the office for two weeks for them to come and fix the water heater that was leaking all over the floor of the second bedroom. There is very little insulation between apartments--you can hear way too much of what's going on in your neighbor's home, and when neighbors are clearly violating the lease's terms of "providing a quiet enviroment" (paraphrase, but there is a bullet point about being quiet and respectful to others in the community), the office workers do not do anything about it. The people living under us regularly shake the floor with their music. We have spoken to them and the office staff, and have had to call the police for their parties that go onwards of eleven at night during the week. Nothing has been done. For eight months. The children of the people below us have written all over the stairwell walls with a red marker, and there have been beer bottles literally COVERING the bushes outside my building. Nothing has been done about that, either.




The rent may be affordable, but I'd honestly rather rent a house for $1000 a month than pay $700/month to stay at this place. I'm looking into getting out of my lease ASAP.

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!!! I've been living here for 2 1/2 years granted the rent the is cheap. However everything thats been broken before you were there has been fixed with chewing gum and duct tape so 2months living in these apts something is bound to break. Don't worry it will get fixed It will probly take at least 3weeks to fix.. Im still waiting. They have mold problems when I Complained about it in 07 they handed me a spray bottle with bleach water!!!! WTF there maintenance man walked out on them and the manager was quiting we were left unmanaged for 2 weeks. WE go through managers like rain water The new one we have is NEVER there and when she is she is nasty and so is the assistant when ever they don't do a scheduled work order and you go down to the office the assistant they would say," its not our problem!!! They don't care if you have a problem that needs fixing they throw in the work order on top of the pile. WE only have 1 maintenance man and he was caught on a job fixing my friends apt with his friends watching TV on his couch he walked in and my friend was not surprised. The maintenance man was reported and they did not fire him!! He still works there!!!! I always make sure Im in the same room when he's doing the fixing. NOTE: you make a work make sure you always get your own copy for work orders their computer systems are out dated & never works,they make the most sorry excuses when you ask why nothing has been fixed.... so just make sure they hand write it when,why ect. Also The next manager would have no record of the work order you needed. The police are ALWAYS at the complex sometimes blocking off the entrance and I happen to live in the very first building so if the entrance is blocked that's right I gotta go sit it out at fredmeyer parking lot!!! This place is awful when it comes to management, maintence, parking, grounds.... 2 thumbs down.
