I can understand that with an older property you can only do so much but this place is out of hand! The office staff never satys the smae, not saying they are bad but come on i am in property mnfmnt too and i do not find my job that hard to do! The maintance guy david is great but who ever owns this property thinks he can keep up with all that alone'' No way I lived there for over a year and the place is falling apart more and more day by day! I never ever took a shower without a pool in the bath. No matter how many times i requested a wook order an so manythings it NEVER seemed to get doen till a month later. I can't tell you how many times the mailboxes and my place got broken into. If you have no money and have no place to go i would still not choose this place! SAVE YOURSELF THE PROBLEMS AND DO NOT MOVE IN. They should just tear this place down and build over it!
