I have lived at this complex for 13 years. I love my apartment and my neighbors. Since Germaine has been the manager, the apartments have been updated, the grounds are clean and maintenance has been done on time. If you want a quite apartment with responsible neighbors then this is the place for you. If you want to party, make a lot of noise and refuse follow to the rules or respect your neighbors, then we don't want you living with us.
