I have lived in these apartments for 4 years. It is a safe and friendly community, my neighbors have become my friends. The management (Germaine) is very helpful, and makes sure that any problems are addressed quickly.
The grounds are well kept and maintenence is friendly, capable, and very efficient. The pool and hot tub are kept clean and available for use and are very much enjoyed, do to misuse and some distructive resident's the equipment in the work out room is being replaced. That is not the managements fault, that some residents don't care if they ruin things for others.
This is a quiet community and we like to keep it that way. So if you want to party hard or get drunk and fight with your partner this is not the place for you.
