I've lived here for about 5 months now and they replaced all of the siding and the windows and door frames during the first month I was here. Of course, there isn't really any parking, especially for visitors. The apartments are older inside with chipped paint and older (but still working) appliances. Haven't had a maintenance problem yet... The neighbors can be loud but are reasonable if you ask them to stop. Overall, I hardly pay anything in a three bedroom with two roommates so it's great for the price and I'm not picky. Decide for yourself on this one...
