I used to live at River Wood for few years.... After one year living somewhere else, I went by to inquire about renting at River Wood again. It is even worst than before. The whole complex is run down. Few times a week, police come to the complex with squad and more...... even someone got shot when I was living there. My car got broken into over 4 times and couple neighbors their car were stolen completely and stripped down before find them. They charged me $1000 to replace the carpet which was wore down before I moved in. In this economy, they have raised the rent over $100-$200 and no special offer. Just stay away from there.
