Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
The Bad
1) Mail Stolen in the Mailboxes...
2) Car Window broken, Car Vandalized...
3) King County Sheriffs, D.E.A., Washington State Patrol, King County S.W.A.T. Drug Bust...
The Good
1) Managment is Friendly
2) Work Orders are usually fixed promptly, but not always completly done.
3) New Mailboxes installed, New Windows and Siding Installed.
You can tell that the owners are attempting to make this place a better community in all the investments that are being made here, but the people in this community or the crinimal element is too much for me... I will be leaving when my lease is done.
