I lived in this complex for 7 months with a roommate, and it was awesome! The management team was always as nice as can be, and really helpful. We not once had a problem. Parking isn't as good as I'd like, but I lived on the side of the complex by Russell Road, so if someone parked in my spot, I'd just park on the street overnight and move my car the next morning. Never had my car broken into (but that could be because it's old and nobody would want anything from it :) ) We had a great view of the Green River, and it was always very quiet, I never heard the neighbors. There are a lot of kids around (especially in the pool during the summer) and they aren't exactly the most well behaved bunch, but I never had any serious problems with them. They also returned our deposit (minus the misc. things that were marked and agreed to) in a very timely manner. All in all, I loved it here (so did my roomie) and we wish we hadn't moved.

i lived at riverwood apartments for a short time, but it was the best apartment experience i've had. The nieghborhood was quiet the management team was awesome they even knew me by name. i recieved about 90% of my deposit back. i pretty much love ctl management inc. best management comoany ive experienced i only moved because we bought a house!
