My husband, young child and I moved in here not even a month ago and are already regretting it in some ways. The LOCK on the front door is very flimsy and the door handle doesn't latch all the time (not to mention locks on the patio door don't work) There isn't any air conditioning, which I suppose is expected. Most of my neighbors are really chill, but we've got some whores(literally) that live downstairs that think they can park wherever they want and are extremely loud.

The pro's of the apartment are; it is reasonably priced for the amount of square footage. If you get one that faces the river (good luck) the view is nice. I'd like to say it's fairly quiet, but the daily parties and fighting in the building across from us sort of ruin the serenity of the place. We haven't had our car broken into yet, which is suprising for this area....

Overall, I would go to Signature Point apartments and rent there, we tried to but they didn't have the opening we needed for our time frame...

Hi - not to put down your experience, but I've lived here 2 1/2 years on the Meeker street side. I hear loud noises / partying from the bar across the street and very loud music all hours of the night from the AM/PM. However, I suggest you get with maintenance about your door latch and your patio door lock. Maintenance guys are very nice and very friendly and do a fantastic job. If people park in your space, have them towed! I've had to do it once or twice unfortuately. We do have 24 hour security and I can pass their phone number on to you if you'd like. They can take care of the noise inside our complex (can't do anything about across the way though). Anyhow, good luck! :)
