These apartments suck ass. We've lived here less than six months and we want to die. The people above us are up until all hours of the night; running water, stomping around until 5am. The people across from us have 2 large dogs that bark ALL the time. They bark when the freaking wind blows. The people below us are constantly fighting, slaming doors, and have about 12 people living in their 3 bedroom. They have 5 cars and take up everyones spots and 2 of those cars are broken down, so they never move. My boyfriends car has gotten towed before because of the terible parking situations. They should call this place River Wood Car Lot, not River Wood Apartments. Not only are the noise and parking terrible, but when we say something about it to the management, they do nothing about it. It's always, "I'm sorry"'s or "We'll get right on that" but nothing ever changes. Also, I don't think I've ever seen more drugs deals in my life. During the day, this place looks and seems nice, but once the sun goes down, all hell breaks loose. Not to mention, there is garbage all over the place all of the time. The dumpsters have no lids and no one cares. The smell was so bad once, we thought someone was hiding a dead body in one of the apartments. OH AND! The 3 bedroom / 2 bath we have is $1250 a month and we have to pay w/s/g.

DO NOT move into these apartments if you care about your sanity, hygiene, or well-being.
