aside from living across the street from the "---- pile" as we have so deemed it... the roaches will love it if you move in, and if you ask them to do anything about it, they set off those cans that you can buy at the supermarket! then if you really bother tham to do more, they'l spray your apt. but no one else's, so they'll just come back. and if the duck poop isn't enough for you to walk through, there is also plenty of goose poop, and the geese are mean!
if you want decent carpet in your home, do not choose this place! then they'll charge you an arm and a leg to replace it when you move out. the whole deposit thing is a scam! if you think your car is safe think again! more than half the time i had to lug my two kids from a parking spot by the dark woods and there were poeple that took up spaces with broken down cars!
what a piece of crap place for as much as we paid rent! keep looking!
