As stated in many other reviews, several members of the staff are patronizing and unprofessional. It is simply unacceptable for leasing agents to treat you with indifference or contempt when handing in your rent check or calling for maintenance. As I had never been able to speak to the manager (never returns calls, doesn't work weekends), I was unable to complain about this behavior.
Getting exterminator services was extremely difficult. I had to call several (4 times) times in the span of one month to remind staff of my ant problem. Claims of ignorance of the problem, miscommunication, or lost information was given for the delay.
Despite giving my new address to the staff after moving out, a bill was sent to collections. The staff member I spoke to claimed a letter was sent and they wait 10 days before sending to collections, but this reeks of a strong-arm ploy to get me to pay without asking questions. Two staff members gave me differing information, then claimed they couldn't talk to me since the case was in collections. Absolutely infuriating.
The only redeeming qualities of these apartments were my extremely quiet neighbors and the quick and friendly maintenance staff. Everything else, including my treatment after leaving, leads me to tell you to avoid this place and give your rent to another complex.
