Extremely difficult to find a parking space. I have regularly had to park several buildings away (50 to 100 yards away). It is a pleasant walk though, if you like travelling through a wanna be ghetto. A bunch of ignorant, mean-mugging, better than all, gun toting, hate their lives, and it's everyone elses fault thugs with no future. Apartments are small and non functional. Insects are plentiful. Window and door screens will not keep them out due to the fact that they have many large holes in them. Management has been fairly pleasant with pretty good customer service. They do have a problem with allowing too many unwanted people to move in just for a buck. Eliminate the ghetto thugs, parking problems, improve functional living space (especially the kitchens)and you would have a pleasant place to live.

Your posting actually paints an appealing description of the community - to those who are of the same type as those that you described. AND you painted the management in a positive light, are you related to a staff member?
