If you read the earlier post "disclaimer", I am sure your guess is the same as mine: must have been managment. I have personaly written reviews when I see good service. Even if it's just someone being polite, hint hint.

I have lived here over 2 years (granted, the rent is cheap) but have noticed it going downhill steadily.

The office staff is rude, and will not be accomodating for requests. They fail to give messages to the maintenance staff, act like you're a major inconvienence (customer service not required upon hire apparently), on the rare occasion they realize they made a mistake, don't hold your breath for a simple apology.

Very Ghetto, came home one night and was not allowed into the complex (had worked 18 hours) because there was someone running around loose with a gun. I am starting to recognize the Kent Police officers.

Noise is a constant problem, as are wild children. I am sick of seeing Old English 800 cans on the way to my car, just as I am sick of walking past the fine young gentlemen drinking them and leering. One night I took the garbage out and two men jumped out from the fence to the dumpsters. I no longer take the trash out at night (a bit of a problem due to an ever-changing work schedule). The maintenance staff is nice and helpful, and they do work hard to keep on top of things. Chances are if your apt. has not been fixed, they have not heard the message.

We rent a spot, still a problem finding a spot for the 2nd car. If you're disabled, good luck since people here apparently can't read signs.

If there is new managment, you can't tell.

Isn't it amazing that the office staff would even bother to attempt to off-set all of the honestly unflattering comments about the community they 'manage' by tossing even one posting in? Must have needed to print the page to present to their regional manager in support of their argument that they are loved by all.
