Rent's cheap, but the place is pretty bad. Rude management, geese droppings ALL OVER the sidewalks, trash not cleaned, landscaping not well taken care of. I complained numerous times about my upstairs neighbors noisiness - along with screaming sex and banging headboards - with nothing ever being done. Cops were seen oftne. Steer clear unless your a college kid who wants a party environment.

I disagree. Yes, you pay for an apartment...and that lease dollar in turn pays the commissioned/wage-slaves who work in the community. Those individuals are engaged in activities in a service industry. Other than the overworked maintenance people, the quality of service is WAY sub-par. Even below the standard you might expect from a stoned-but-happy burger flipper at a fast food restaurant.
