This place use to suck but since the new management company has taken over a lot of things have improved. The management staff is very helpful and seems like they really care about the people who live here. The last managers just seem to let the place go down the drain. They are also making a lot of changes to the place from what I have heard and it sounds great. Hopefully things will keep improving as they have.

Took the words out of my mouth. Unless of course you're a new resident, then they care about you long enough to get you to sign that contract, then they treat you as bad as the old residents!

It seems the longer you lived there, the more they try to take advantage of you. Seems like the opposite of what it should be.

OMG! I bet it was that Naive-girl who looks lost on the job all the time that wrote this review! I mean come on management, stop trying to curve the reviews of the actual tenants! You guys make Nixon look like an angel.
