I am relieved to have left Jonathons Landing (Now Rock Creek). The maintanence was terrible. The trash was overflowing. I had a neighbor that was so filthy you could smell the stench coming from her home. She brought forth noisy kids and roaches. At the time I lived there, the place was filled with duck poop everywhere you walked because of all the ducks that migrated to the duck pond. People speeding around the lots..and the fact that I had to comute up the hill to drop off my kids at Panther Lake Elementary! I wouldnt recommend this place if I was dying!! Plus!! They charged me a fee and kept my deposit for not cleaning the place when I left! Huh!!! I scrubbed that place with bleach and even steam cleaned the carpets! But they said that I had to hire a pro to clean the carpets and provice a receipt to them to prove it was done!! WHATEVER!! If they got off their lazy butts and went to actually looked at how clean I left it they would have seen!! Oh! I forgot to mention that our doors were falling off their hinges. The upstairs neighbors overfilled their washer causing a massive leak on our "Roof" which you could see throu the "roof" and walls!!

they are over charging people for bull charges so they can pay for the so-called renovations
