Rock Creek Landing is a cess pool of scum! Residents are inconsiderate and loud. Wanna buy some drugs---no problem here just hang out in the parking lot any night! Management may be new but not at all improved. They are worthless and do nothing about problems no matter how many times a concern is brought to their attention! The apartments are nothing special and the parking situation is atrocious! The smell from the huge pile of fertilizer next to the place (you can miss it--just look to the right when you drive in) is overwhelming. The column written just prior to the managers nicey-nice "story" sums Rock Creek Landing up in a nut shell!
