I moved in a few months ago. As I write this, there is a drug deal going on by the parking lot, which I can barely see because the light in the parking lot is burnt out and has been since I moved here. Although I have reported this, nothing has been done to fix the problem.
Also since I moved here, 7 cars wheels have been stolen [that I know of]. It is really hard to sleep because everytime I hear a noise I think some thug is stealing the wheels off my car. Mgt thinks this is not their problem. It is a real crock of sh** and I can't get out of my lease unless I pay $1500... I may do it- It would cost almost that much to get a new set of wheels anyway.
NEVER move here! There are some nice people but you don't see them. All you see are the thugs hanging out in the parking lot, blasting music from their old hoopties, drinking, smoking, and contemplating which wheels they want next.

The above review is not an overstatement. It's all true and then some. Maybe the new management will resolve these issues??
