I absolutely hate the new management. They SUCK!!. They don't take action against any of the residents that break the rules and the law. My down stair neighbors would play their keyboard and drum set at 4 a.m. almost every day. The people next to them had about eight people living in a two bedroom apartment. They would constantly have parties and smoke pot on the porch. The people that lived next to me moved after the new management came in. Their hot water tank broke and the mangement told them that they would get maintance up to fix it right away...they didn't come for THREE DAYS!. There is constant drug dealing in the parking lot. Someone close to me was cooking meth. You could smell it. There are little hood rats that run all over the place. They brake the parking lot lights and park their cars in peoples spaces. It is a ghetto nightmare. I couldn't even go and check my mail without being harassed. The girls in the office are nice but they are ------- idiots. They would constantly lose my checks for everything. They would tell me that they wouldn't charge me late fees when they would misplace my rent checks but when I would go to turn a new one in they would tack on $75 dollar late fee charge and that is after I paid $27 dollar fee to do a stop pay. Why would anyone turn in an empty envelope'' I starting going in and handing them my check and asking them to photocopy it and sign it, then I would see a notice on my door telling me I didn't pay my rent. What the f*ck I handed them the check and I got a copy of it!!! Stupid b*tches! They would constantly apply my rent to other peoples accounts. They talk to you with a total level of distain. The back half of the neigborhood is even worse then the front by the clubhouse. There were constantly thugs out in the parking lot getting drunk and smoking. Why do people think it is cool to not have a job and get drunk in a parking lot and sell drugs in the middle of the afternoon'' It is disgusting. I wouldn't even go back there in the day time by myself. One of them tried to steal my dog while I was walking it! Who trys to steal someones dog...thank god it wasn't a pitbull cause they might have shot me. The management doesn't care about the people that live there. They just want to get new renters. They fix up the apartments after the old tenants leave but they do nothing to for the current tenants. When I moved out they charged me riduclous charges for things that I asked to be fixed when I lived there and no one ever came. There were things that I noted on my walk through that I also had video taped were already there and they charged me for them!!! Don't live there unless you like the ghetto low life and silly ditsy broads that like to mess with you money.

The only good thing was when I moved in my rent was cheap and my apartment was a nice size.
