From the first day I got here there has been problems. First we were moving here from CA and they wouldn't guarantee us an apartment unless we started paying 2 weeks earlier than we arrived. We had kids that would ride there tricycle straight into the wall outside my babies room. When I tried to ask their parents to get them to stop the kids told me that their parents weren't home. The walls are so thin that I can hear my upstairs neighbor having sex. There are so many people back here in the back that don't work (I have no idea how they pay their rent.) There is never any parking because there are several apartments that have 24 hour parties going on. Maintainance responds as quick as they can but that is 5-6 days after you report the problems (which there are constant problems.) I have one of my window that I can't lock because it doesn't close all the way. And now that our lease is up they give us an ultimadume of sign a new lease at a $45 increase or go month to month with a $230 a month increase... and they only gave us 10 days to make a choice.

That's typical for this place. I guess they figure that the KIND of people who live there can't afford to move out so they have you by the... short hairs.
