I'm a law enforcement officer and I unfortunately made the mistake of renting here. What a hell hole! I tried to get out of it (due to safety concerns), but unfortunately the leasing office holds the upper card according to the housing authority in Kent. The management is nice to you in the beginning, but it all changes once you become a tenant. This is the perfect property crime complex with a dash of domestic violence...not to mention every time I drive past the front of leasing office I see drug pushing plainly out in the open. I would not recommend this apartment complex to perspective tenants. My advice to you is looking into the lakes area and anything west of the tracks or SR-167. Also??the smell of the bark from the ??Bark Mulch Mountain?? smells like a cow pasture and it??s even worse when it rains. Don??t be a sucker!

I agree with you totally! My experience however was that the management ( Holland Residential - http://hollandresidential.com/ ) was rude from the beginning.
