I was robbed here in my first month; a nice welcome to the state of WA. Thugs abound and burnouts are loud and late at night. The day my lease expires will be cause for celebration. I truly cannot wait. Research will be the order of the next apartment search. Do not be fooled by this apparently nice complex and its pseudo-intellectual, well-dressed staff. I feel unsafe where I live for the very first time in my entire life. To know how that feels is a sad revelation, indeed. I would pay hundreds more each month to live in a better community.
