I currently live in the complex and the service is crap. First of all you have people coming to work on the roof and 6:30 am with out a call to notify you that they will be up there. This not only happens on the week day but also on the weekend. When you have a complaint about something in your apartment that needs to be fixed, it takes forever for maintenance to come by to fix it. The units are tiny and the prices are too much. Things started falling apart a couple of months after I moved in. I've had to have three doors in my apartment fixed and one of the doors had to be fixed twice. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. There's always someone talking loud outside of your window in the wee hours of the night. MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK. CONSIDER THIS A WARNING. They also decided to add some more garages about 4 months ago. They started working on them BUT haven't worked on them in about three months. Now there's hardly any parking spaces unless you rent a carport or a garage from them.
