A stranger nailing a piece of plywood to your doorframe, preventing entry or exit, is very inconvenient. And disturbing. Have a nice day.

Agreed. Now, they are suppose to put up caution tape across the doorways instead of plywood nailed to the doorframe..........due to a little birdie speaking with the city of Kent's enforcement code officers. IF they put up boards across your doors after 2/08/07, contact the city of Kent. :) It's a big big no no for emergency exits.
