I have lived here for almost two years and I really don't like it. After they repaired all of the roofs there were a lot of people whose roofs started leaking and it took 4 months for them to fix mine which became moldy and disgusting. They never offered to decrease our rent for the hassle even though they boarded up our fireplace so we had no choice but to use the only other alternative of heat which cost a fortune. The people in the office this does not include maintenance are incompetant and not much help at all I've had to go there numerous times for complaints and have gotten pretty much nowhere. One more thing there was quite a bit of vandalism that happened here where many people got wheels stolen from there cars it hasn't happened lately but who knows when they will strike again. So if you consider moving here don't there are way better places than this unfortunately we had nowhere else to go when our first lease was up.
