We have been living here for four years now. A VERY VERY VERY long four years. We want to move, but the money isn't there. When we moved in it was nice... for about six months. Is this place for real' You will never be able to talk to the manger... they say she's not avaliable. I say she is there imaginary friend from the land of ditsy and dumb. Any time you contact the office for assistance they say "what do you want me to do about that'" or "there is nothing we can do'" Maintance is just a bunch of monkeys with a tool belt. No wait I take that back... a monkey could do a better job. Parking... I don't have to worry about that considering my car was stolen from the parking lot on Thanksgiving. I would've asked someone for a ride, but all of their tires were stolen. Do you like bugs' If you live here you will have plenty of them living with you. And how about those blustery days of winter inside your apartment' Not one window nor door are sealed right. I kept checking the windows to see if they were open. It felt like they were. I don't even want to talk about them painting the buildings, and all of the other construction projects they have been "doing". On top of it all they raised the rent. And they want to renovate all of the apartments so we will have to be moved into another one of their ghetto apartments. Can you believe they are making us pack up and move so they can change the door knobs' I would rather have to move because they were coming in with a recking ball! Now, that would be the best thing they could do. Please do not give them another dime. You do not want to live here. I am sad to say we have no choice and we hate every day here. I wonder if they have ever read any of these reviews and seen how much people don't like living here. I guess it doesn't matter much because there will always be someone who will live here.

We were one of the lucky few to escape. It was funny because we moved to Renton and the apartment we moved into belonged to the property company of Chandlers Bay. She laughed when she saw where I was moving from and gave me the apartment without question. She simply said " I am happy to assist you with your "escape because no person with kids should live in that health hazard." So to let you know, that complex is even a joke to others who own apartments. My advice....Stay as far away as possible!!!
