If you're moving into these apartments, make sure to pick out the area behind 88th Ave. The three bedroom two bath apartments are very good, although the rent is a little more, its worth it. The ponds and waterfalls make for an interesting environment.
Initially there was some noise as some neighbors played loud rap music. It was quickly solved as the entire management staff was fired and replaced some time ago with more capable, caring individuals, willing to deal with the issue. Amazing what a well written letter can do. It is fairly quiet now, at least in our section of the neighborhood, behind 88th Ave.
No significant problems since I've moved in. The staff has been VERY responsive to my requests. I really enjoy the architecture of the buildings, the fountains, and the cool colors on the inside of the apartments.

So you must be a 9-5er. Have you seen the 'work' they do inside the apartments when something goes wrong? Have you actually talked to the snotty 'kids' who run the front desk. Or been outside on a Friday/Saturday night around 11p.m. with all the 'hoodlums'? It's ghetto, really.

Assuming this post is from an actual resident, what does it say about a complex that you have to go behind 98% of the apartments and grounds to get to the most expensive apartments that are given more attention? Living in the noisy, thug and drug market apartments for those who can't afford 3 bedrooms behind 88th is a nightmare. The managers are at best idiots and embezzlers at worst. They "lost" 2 months rent that we paid, then threatened to sue us for what they'd already gotten, even after we provided copies of the cancelled checks, which they also subsequently "lost!" A "well-written" letter from an attorney got them to stop threatening us. The apartment above us was leaking water in the bathroom, which they took so long to come fix (not very responsive) that the water leaked down through their floor and dripped in a steady flow onto our bed, ruining the mattress. Then there's the loud music, the screaming (at all hours) children, of which there must've been 6 in the two bedroom apartment across from us, the stealing of cars and anything else you might not bolt to the ground, the open-air drug market, the thugs, the hit and runs. If you are thinking of moving here RUN, don't walk, AWAY!
