No Recycling and They Charge for Water

I spoke to a manager at Rock Creek and asked them why they don't have any recycling bins in the entire complex. He told me that he can't have his maintenance people sorting the recycling when residents put garbage in the recycling bins. As a result thousands of pounds of recyclable material is going to land fills each day from this complex.
Secondly you have to pay for water and sewage here so the price they quote is actually not as low as it seems. Water and sewage cost about 30 extra per month.
On the plus side, the interiors of the apartments are quite nice for the price and they have washing machines and dishwashers in the units
