I have lived here for FOUR years! Don't ask me why as this place is a HELL HOLE! I still have things broken from when I first moved in! The other neighbors are rude, disruptive (like peeing off the second story FRONT balcony!) and down right SCARY! The drug dealers break the lights so NO ONE can see what is going on at night!

I am breaking my lease TWO months early and they want to charge me 2700 even though I consider it to be in "distress" as my daughter who is FOUR is not safe here! Even the kids (ranging 4-13) having mouths that you would NEVER believe! The management is NO WHERE to be found unless you are a new tenant and then it only takes a couple of months before they ignore you! They are constantly coming into the apartment for one thing or another!

It molds in the windows and it WON'T GO AWAY!! the back porches mold, the siding is molding because they PRESSURED washed the paint off and then while it was STILL wet they painted over it!!!

There is garbage EVERYWHERE! My daughter is NOT allowed to go to the park (not that she would without me!) because we have found hyperdermic needles there in the past!

Please if you are a family or have kids DO NOT MOVE HERE! IT is NOT worth the hassle! I am OUT in TWO WEEKS!!!

Being that you have mold around your windows and the managment hasn't taken care of it you should be able to break your lease with out paying a cent. I'd threaten to take them to court, that isn't right.
