I moved in here the middle of January to the bigger one bedroom apartment. I think this place is fine. I have not had any problems, but I have never needed to call for repairs or anything like that. I don't have problems with noise. The only problem is parking at our part is bad. If you want to park next to the building, you better park before 5pm or all the spots get taken and you have to park farther out and your car is not visible to your apartment (well, for me). Yes there are ducks, but who cares. I have not found any downsides to living here. I have used the hot tub and the gym a couple times. Maybe there is just one bedrooms around mine and no one has kids, because I hardly see any kids. But I just use this place as a regular apartment and think it's fine.
I also have a small dog, and they allow one dog up to 40pds, or two but they weight has to equal 40pds or less.
