Don't waste your money!!!

My husband and I lived here for 2 years..finally getting out! The management promises a lot, but doesn't deliver. They are constantly changing their staff, but they will not disclose why. They raise the rent every year. There have been numerous breakins, and stolen cars since we've been here, but they never beef up security or do anything at all. We have had 2 occasions where the matinence entered our home without our prior knowledge or approval. PLUS, when you move out, they TAKE all your money. Forget about getting anything back. We cleaned our apartment TOP to BOTTOM, but they billed us for carpet cleaners, and maid service to come in after us. They literally gave us 30 cents back! What a ripoff!!!! If you have to live in Kent, don't live here!!!!!!
