This place defines GHETTO. Not quite sure what GHETTO means' Go check out Rock Creek any weekend (or even weekday) night & you'll get to experience "The Hood" first hand. If you have children, and care about your child's well-being DO NOT move here. If you're apartment searching, check out the police reports on this complex before making any life-altering decisions. The only way to get them to budge is to threaten to write a letter to the Attorney General. Better yet, just write one. I have never ever heard of an apartment complex that has a 17-month lease until we were stupid enough to sign the paperwork (after seeing the AMAZING model unit). A little advice: ask to see an actual unit. Better yet, do yourself a favor & don't move here. Good luck!

I called the cops once on the children who lived there. The CHILDREN of the adults that lived in the complex next to us. They were blowing up ducks with fireworks. That place IS the ghetto. I work in Tillicum, crack central, and I feel safer at night there than in those apartments.
