Not quite sure what GHETTO means' Go check out Rock Creek any weekend (or even weekday) night & you'll get to experience "The Hood" first hand. If you have children, and care about your child's well-being DO NOT move here. If you're apartment searching, check out the police reports on this complex before making any life-altering decisions. The only way to get them to budge is to threaten to write a letter to the Attorney General. Better yet, just write one. I have never ever heard of an apartment complex that has a 17-month lease until we were stupid enough to sign the paperwork (after seeing the AMAZING model unit). A little advice: ask to see an actual unit. Better yet, do yourself a favor & don't move here. Good luck!
