If you are a drug dealer, management here fully aid and abbetting drug dealers. A big plus for you if you need a place to stay and that if you are a notorious illegal drug dealer. I'm current resident and searching for better temporary place to stay since this is not my style. If you decide to stay here please do not trust and rely on your landlord here. They lie and are very rude. Management here rather take your money and hope you die here so that they can refill apartment with new tenants. Also, you will be over paying for a apartment that was previously trashed. I've checked out a few apartments here and it's not impressing. Apartments here are painted thick to impress new tenants. Plus, they painted over wallpaper hope it sticks and all of electrical outlets are unsafe. Everything else is pretty much crap and needs improvement. Please, if you have a family do not move here!!!! A very bad influence here. Seriously!!! i'm only here because it's only temporary. If you are looking for temporary and/or long term this is not the place.

I was in a similar situation and that place sucks. If you're looking for another place, that's not too far away and good to live in, check out kently pointe http://www.apartmentguide.com/apartments/Washington/Kent/Ke I lived there for over a year and I loved it. It's quiet and the management is very friendly and keep up on any requests you may have. Good luck getting out of that hell hole. It's definately worth the moving expenses and time...
