I moved in a few months ago and actually like it here. All of my neighbors seem to be very friendly, and the apartments themselves are awesome. The prices are good. I got a 2 bedroom for $700/mo for a whole year. Personally, I had a couple of things wrong with my apartment when I moved in, but they were little and the maintainance team was good and he fixed them the next day. I think the girl I rented from was nice and everything went smooth for me in the office. I was a little irritated by the parking when I moved in, but I went in the office and got a carport for $25 a month. Now I never have problems with parking and don't worry about my car. I really like it here. It's a great location, right between Tacoma and Seattle so it's easy for me cause I travel a lot for work.
