I have lived here for 7 years and it is one of the best places I have ever lived!!
I read these negative reviews in disgust, the management is wonderful and very pro-active in handling work requests and dealing with problem neighbors. I would not be suprised if most of these people writing these ridiculous reviews were evicted,kicked out or fired(In the maintenance mans case)for one thing or another. The grounds are maticulous kept, and all the staff are very friendly and attentive to the needs of the residents. I highlt recommend Royal firs as a place to call home.
