I have moved out recently from Royal Firs.
The things i didn't like
1. water bill divided to the number of person who lives in the unit. The amount goes from $40's to upper $60's a month.
2. After i moved out they dumped me with a huge bill stating every possible cost related item plus inflated final water bill.
3. Maintenance not has been kept up with request. The water faucet in the kitchen hammers making terrible noise and never get fixed. Manitenance guy said all does that...Leaking toilet has been like that for a more than a year, even i complained several times.
4. Noise - the worst thing i've ever experienced, from both upper floor and outside noise. During summer there are party going on at parking lot...till late night i mean 1-2am...
5. My car has been broken in once.
6. I saw so many police car at the apartment complex. there must have been illegal things going on...
