I've lived at the Royal Firs for 5 years now and I'll let you know my experience. On a scale of 1 - 5 I'll give it a 4.5! Like all places there's always going to be something that's not quite right or could be better but for the most part my residence here has been extremely pleasant with only a few minor things that might be considered a bad experience. If you're looking for a someplace rating an ultimate 5 then good luck! Since I moved in I've taken an active part in the community and kept an opened dialogue with the managers. All my concerns have always been addressed with genuine interest and corrected in a timely manner without question. Like all places I've ever lived there's always the few problem tenants making problems for management or other residents but those issues have been addresses quickly and fairly. The very few minor maintenance problems that I brought to the attention of the managers have been corrected quickly and efficiently without delay. What I've noticed is if you keep an open line of communication with them they'll work with you and respect your comments and concerns. Like most of us I've been late with my rent a few time but have had no problem and paid the small late fee. I'd don't use the pool and spa area but it's always kept clean and tidy with lounge chairs and safety equipment available for all to use. The managers are full time residence raising a family in the mist of the community and that's no small accomplishment. They, like the rest of us want to keep the rift raft out and make this a nice place for their family, yours and the rest of us, even if you're single like me. It takes everyone to help keep an eye on the grounds and if you see things going on that shouldn't be then yes, by all means call the police and let the managers know what happened. Safety and security begins at home with each and every one of us taking an active part in helping prevent the unwelcome problem causers. Unfortunately it's not easy to watch every last thing every minute of every day but with everyone helping I've seen this complex continue to make great improvements in both the ground and residents living here, many for several years or more at a time. My advice to you the perspective renter is to ask yourself if you want to live in a nice community and be open with the management when you see things that shouldn't be happening, then Royal Firs is a great place for you and your family. If you don't care and want to disrespect your neighbors and trash you apartment then do us all a favor and keep looking. I like living in a nice area close to everyplace I need to be including work and stores. I would recommend my apartment community to others interested in helping keep the place upscale and free from the less desirable. The Winter holidays find the complex ablaze with cheerful lights and good will. Spring offers an egg hunt and other fun actives for the family so you don't have to look far. Summer time is filled with community potlucks and events sponsored by the management with food and fun also provided at their expense. The Fall is safe for your children to trick or treat with wonderful surprises and fun for all in a well lighted environment. These are just a few of the amenities offered by the Royal Firs. Many at management cost so you don't have to pay to participate other then maybe contributing a bag of chips or bottle of soda. I don't know who keeps leaving the anonymous feedback and comments but I suspect most have been left by the same individual trying to stir up problems. If you have any questions I welcome you to email me and I'll provide a truthful and honest answer. Really, this is a nice place and could be better with others willing to be upfront, honest and an active member in the community. Hope to see you moving in soon! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
