BAD NEWS

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
DO NOT move here! No maintenance to speak of (you better hope you don't need their help), water and sewer charge is an added $40 to $50 a month (thats for 2 people) The grounds are dirty, littered and garbage bags sit outside of units for days on end etc....Pool and hot tub are seldom cleaned. Our rent was raised $45 the first time and it continues to go up. The police are called at least once a week. Office staff: rude, evasive and condescending. This is NOT someplace you will want to call home. We can't wait to move!!!
