Ive lived here for a while and after reading all the reviews I went and looked at other apartments reviewed on this site. I can see that almost all of them are rating within a point of each other so I cant see where this place is any better or worse then any other place.

The way I look at it is that its only going to be as good as I make it. I could move and try to find someplace better but dont think it would matter because there would still be so called problems there as well. I figure all the people that got kicked out of this place for what ever reason would just end up living next to me again someplace else. History does repeat itself you know.

I guess overall this place isnt so bad. I get along with everone, mind my own business, follow the rules and havent had too many problems. After reading what others have said about other apartments in their reviews on this site located here in Kent I see this place just really isnt so bad after all.

All anyone wants it to have respectful neighboors and should be willing to give the same. If you want to party and disrupt everones life then please go someplace else. Do unto others as youd have done unto you.

One thing every one should know is that there are laws that need to be followed in accordance to renter tennant laws. It may not appear that anything is being addresses as fast as you would like it too but it takes time to file the proper paperwork and get rid of trouble makers in observance of state law.

As far as police being present, I would rather see the police around often then not at all. At least that way I know any possible problems are being addresses.

The staff seems to be friendly and has fixed any of my problems really fast. I guess as long as Im upfront and truthful with them, they will be the same with me. I would rather tell them what happened even if I have to pay a couple of bucks rather then get caught in a lie and look foolish.

The grounds are kept neat so no problems there. My neighboors have been fairly decent and I havent had too many problems with noise. Parking is assigned under a car port so I really like that. Friends have plenty of space to part nearby in the uncovered stalls. All the buildings have lights on them so I can always see at night and so does our parking stalls.

What else can I say' Compared to other places I have lived, this place is probably near the top. You get out of it what you put into it. Hope this review helps.
