I have lived in Royal Firs for about six years and it has been the worst six years of my life. I wouldn't wish this complex upon my worst enemy. The manager (eviction is her middle name) is an alcoholic and is also very abusive. I personally know that she is a child abuser, and on more than one instance she has slapped children of residents when she was drunk. Her husband is a very controlling man. Also an alcoholic, he seems to take months to fix anything, and when he gets around to it he acts like it was all your fault no matter what it is. He thinks he is better than everyone else, and he lets you know it. The rest of the staff is ok, although that only consists of two other people. To sum it all up, DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If it was so bad why did you stay? Also, how can you sleep with yourself when writing such terrible things about people that you do not know on a personal level. If they were such terrible people why have they kept their jobs? I would like to know the full story of why you are not living there, because it sounds like you were kicked out and you are trying to push the blame. I also want you to realize typing such slanderous remarks could end you up in front of a judge facing slander charges. And before you you ask No I am not an employee of Royal Firs.

Are you mentally challenged (oops!Is that Slander)? Did you even bother too read any of the other reviews? The only good one was written by an employee of the Royal Firs Property Management Corp. Quite obvious,due to the fact the anything written even remotely negative had such a lovely excuse. First of all, everyone is aloud an opinion. Second of all, this person was not the only one who mentioned the management couple having serious issues, and one other opinion stated the same exact thing in regards to the maintenance man blaming everything broken on the resident. Get A Clue! In regards to Slanderism, I work in a legal office, therefore you better know what you are talking about before pointing the finger or printing a statement such as the one above. You obviously are in La La land. You may not be an employee of Royal Firs, but are obviously "personally" sensitive towards the management or you wouldn't care as much. Therefore that renders your opinions and statements invaluable to this website. Go away.
