Another Pinnacle dump. Don't move into ANY Pinnacle property, especially this one. I give this place 2 maybe 3 years and it will be a full blown tenement. It's on it's way now. We like to call it "the ghetto". NOTHING gets repaired. There was a fire here many months ago and the burned out units are still blackened and boarded. The management is HORRID! You better pray that nothing goes wrong in your unit because it isn't going to be repaired. Just pay your rent and SHUT UP. Oh, and the water bill of $45 a month too! We went to report the need for repairs and the arrogant, joke of a manager wanted to charge us. We wouldn't pay up so nothing was done. Several other tenants have had similar experiences. Wonder where that money would have gone. In his pocket ''' Pool is disgusting. The grounds filthy, you could probably get a disease walking barefoot. Lots of crime. Police pay frequent visits. If there is ever a positive review regarding this slum it will be from management, I'll guarantee it.
