The maintenance here is attrocious. They dont speak, nor do they understand english, so getting any problems fixed is almost unheard of. I am not racial, just think that when dealing with customers, at least be able to understand their needs.

AMEN! ive had probelms with maintenance ever since the new management took over too... what a shame. they definitley need some americans working there.......
