We lived at royal firs for 2 nightmare years. Please don't move here. All of these other statements are so true! Management was HORRIBLE. I wonder how these phony, insincere people can look themselves in the mirror. There was no maintenance to speak of. The grounds were filthy, lots of drug activity, unsafe surroundings. The police made calls once a week, sometimes more often. The water charge was a joke and I don't understand how it can be legal. royal firs is all about money. Management does not care about you as a person or about your family or about your safety or about your complaints or concerns. If you dare complain too often...BEWARE!!! So, the trick is...pay the rent and the atrocious water bill and just SHUT UP. Don't complain that the sauna stinks of urine, don't complain about the bugs, don't complain about partiers or the drugs or car theft or filth or toilets that don't work or the dishwashers that were recalled several years ago as a fire hazard....you get the picture. I will say it again....our years there were a complete NIGHTMARE. I feel bad for the people who naively move in here.
